Can I attend a Yoga Trip with no experience in Yoga?

Generally, we create Yoga Trips where all guests have prior experience in Yoga. Some regular, some more occasionally, but most of our Events require a minimum of Yoga understanding of the basic postures to fully enjoy the flow of classes. We do design occasionally Beginners Only events, which are fully devoted to people wanting to start Yoga.

I want to share a Room but I am coming alone, how does this work?

Of course, we will happily accommodate you with a new Yoga friend to share a double or triple room according to your choice.

We will always work on making the best possible match for our guests, according to any information & preference you may have shared with us and through the Booking Form.

I want to attend a Yoga Trip but cannot come for the whole period, what can I so?

Always ask the Yoga Mama! As we really favour the most one to one, personalised approach to our Yoga Trips, we will always try to find way to make it work for you, defining a tailormade option for you to attend an Event if needs be.

I want to attend a Yoga Trip but have very specific medical conditions, allergies or dietary constraints, what can we do?

Talk to us!

Email The Yoga Mama on and we will check together what can be tailormade planned to hopefully accommodate all your needs and desires.

I need an invoice for my Yoga Trip, is this possible?

Of course, we will send you a detailed invoice with the reference you share with us on request.

I don’t feel comfortable paying online, do you offer other alternatives?

Anything to make things smooth and comfortable for you. We accept bank wires and even take cheques. Just email the Yoga Mama on to plan it all.

What currencies do you accept?

All payments are made in Euros.

I want my own special Yoga Trip, with my Group of friends or co-worker, is this possible?

Anything is possible at The Yoga Mama Club.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to every part of the world.

If you are far far away, it might take some time but we’ll reach you.

How do I check my Order Status?

Once your order has been completed and you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. In case you don’t receive your confirmation email, please contact us at to inform us of the details of your purchase. Please do not re-submit your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed.

Can I return products ordered?

The Yoga Mama Club does not offer refunds.

All sold items are final sale.

However, we will gladly allow any full priced item to be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the merchandise as long as it has not been used, washed, or damaged in anyway.

Can I modify or cancel my Order?

We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible.

Due to this automation, we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Greece: 3 € per order (express mail). Estimated delivery in 1-2 working days.

International Shipping: 5 € per order (land mail). Estimated delivery in 7-14 working days.

I want to buy lots and lots, do I get a discount?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

All payments are made through PayPal so, along with your Order Confirmation message, you will receive a PayPal message as well regarding your payment to The Yoga Mama Club.

What currencies do you accept?

All payments are made in Euros.

What if my credit card is denied?

You will see an error message on your screen immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You will then have the opportunity to enter a new card number.

Will I be charged with customs and import tax?

Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot inform of what the cost would be as it depends on the tax and duties from country to country. Please note that if customers reject the package because of customs issues, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to ship the orders to customers. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
